Short Version
Use ToyBin lawfully, treat other collectors well, keep your account secure, and remember that trades and sales are between users unless ToyBin later adds formal transaction handling.
Acceptable Use
Do not abuse the platform, harass users, upload harmful content, compromise security, scrape private data, spam, or use ToyBin for unlawful activity.
User Content
You keep ownership of collection notes, photos, listings, posts, comments, and other content you submit, while allowing ToyBin to display that content as needed to operate the service.
Marketplace and Trades
Listings, trades, sales, shipping, payments, condition claims, and disputes are currently handled between users. ToyBin provides community tools and catalog context, not escrow, payment processing, or shipping guarantees in this MVP.
Catalog and Brands
Product names, franchises, trademarks, and reference images belong to their respective owners. ToyBin is a collector catalog and is not affiliated with manufacturers unless stated.
Moderation
ToyBin may remove content or restrict access when needed to protect the community, preserve catalog quality, or address misuse.
